The only park with railways of both Europeanand Russian standards.CHERNYAKHOVSK RAILWAY STATION
It is a major transport junction through which a railway line "Kaliningrad-Chernyshevskoye" goes (further to Lithuania, Belarus and Russia). Two other lines go from Chernyakhovsk to Sovetsk (further to Lithuania) and Zheleznodorozhny (further to Poland).
Population of the Chernyakhovsk district at the beginning of 2019 is more than 48 000 people.
