«SmartPolymer» company has received permission to build a plant in the Khrabrovo Industrial Park. The document was issued by the Ministry of Urban Development of the region at the end of December.
The resident plans to build a plastic recycling facility. The area of the production building will be 1,475 sq.m., a transformer substation and fire storage tanks will be created to ensure the operation of the plant. The resident plans to start construction in March 2025.
SmartPolymer LLC received the status of a resident of the Khrabrovo Industrial Park in 2022. According to the agreement on conducting industrial activities, the company plans to produce recycled plastic pellets. Composite materials, films, packaging, bags and other products can be created on its basis.

The park's engineering infrastructure includes electricity supply - 39 MW, water supply - 2000 cubic meters/day, gas supply - 2466.8 cubic meters/day, sanitation - 2000 cubic meters/day.
The lease of land plots during the grace period is 160 thousand rubles per year per 1 hectare. At the end of the grace period - 180 thousand rubles per year per 1 hectare. The rental price of 1 hectare includes the following infrastructure:
- the point of connection to the electric grid with a capacity of 0.18 MW;
- points of connection to gas supply, water supply, and sanitation networks.
The cost of the land plot is 2.9 million rubles per 1 hectare.
As of December 2024, 30 companies are residents of the Khrabrovo Industrial Park. 9 plants have been put into operation. 711 jobs have been created.
