Today (April 16), Kaliningrad Region Development Corporation JSC and OTCPharm Pro JSC solemnly signed a lease agreement on the territory of the Khrabrovo industrial park.
The implementation of the project will ensure the uninterrupted production of a wide range of high-quality pharmaceutical products (finished medicines) to meet the needs of all groups of the region's population in medicines at affordable prices, and reduce Russia's dependence on imported medicines.
The availability of resources for R&D will allow organizing the transfer of new production technologies and organizing cooperation in the field of research and innovative development.
The products intended for release are drugs of the following pharmaco-therapeutic groups: antiviral agents, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory drugs, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, combined analgesics, antifungals and anxiolytics.
The total investment in the project will amount to 3.5 billion rubles excluding VAT.

1. Industrial Park "Khrabrovo" - the only industrial park in the Kaliningrad region, which is located in close proximity to the international airport on an area of more than 345 hectares. The engineering infrastructure of the Khrabrovo industrial park is provided with the following capacities: 39 MW - electric power, gas, water disposal and water supply systems, designed for 2500 m³ per day.
Conditions for the provision of landplots for rent:
Preferential rental rate from 160 thousand rubles per year per 1 ha excluding VAT in the first 3 years.
Base rental rate from 180 thousand rubles per year for 1 hectare from the 4th year after the implementation of the project.
The sale price of a land plot on the territory of an industrial park is from 2.9 million rubles per hectare, the right to purchase arises after three years from the moment of signing the Lease Agreement, but not earlier than the commissioning of the production (plant).
2. The industrial park "Chernyakhovsk" is located in close proximity to the border with the EU, the area is 1146 hectares, there is a large railway junction with two types of gauge of the European and Russian types. The engineering infrastructure of the Chernyakhovsk industrial park is provided with the following capacities: 34 MW - electric power, gas - 60 million m³ per year and water disposal and water supply systems designed for 5000 m³ per day.
Terms of provision of territories for rent:
Preferential sublease rate from 160 thousand rubles per year per 1 ha excluding VAT in the first 3 years.
The basic sublease rate is from 180 thousand rubles per year for 1 hectare from 4 years after the implementation of the project.
There is a possibility of buying out a land plot after the object is start production.
