Today, on 7th of May, the Governor of the Kaliningrad Region Anton Alikhanov held an operational meeting in the Government of the region.
Within the framework of the meeting, the General Director of the Kaliningrad Region Development Corporation Andrey Tolmachev presented a report on the implementation of investment projects in the industrial parks "Khrabrovo" and "Chernyakhovsk".
• At the construction stage there are Pruss Group company (SEZ resident), which specializes in the production of chocolate and marzipan products, as well as Porastek company (SEZ resident), a manufacturer of building materials - insulation under the Baugran and Baufilter trademarks.
• A number of companies are at the design stage:
"Milkipro" (SEZ resident) - manufacturer of functional mixtures for food production;
"Dueco International" (SEZ resident) is a manufacturer of paper and cardboard packaging for food products;
OTCPharm Pro is a pharmaceutical production company.
• The DMS Vostok company plans to implement in Chernyakhovsk industrial park a project for the production of milk powder with an investment volume of about 3 billion rubles.
The total area of occupied and reserved plots is more than 34 hectares.
Free area - over 177 hectares.
• Preferential rental rate from 160 thousand rubles per year per 1 ha excluding VAT in the first 3 years.
• Base rental rate from 180 thousand rubles per year for 1 hectare from the 4th year after the implementation of the project.
The sale price of a land plot on the territory of an industrial park is from 2.9 million rubles per hectare, the right to purchase the land plot arises after three years from the date of signing the Lease Agreement, but not earlier than the commissioning of the production (plant).
2. Terms of provision of territories of the industrial park "Chernyakhovsk" for lease:
• Preferential sublease rate from 160 thousand rubles per year per 1 ha excluding VAT in the first 3 years.
• Basic sublease rate from 180 thousand rubles per year for 1 hectare from 4 years after the implementation of the project.

About 185 hectares of the territory of the industrial park "Khrabrovo" are free for the implementation of new projects. In the industrial park, residents occupy more than a quarter of the usable area.
In the industrial park "Chernyakhovsk" contracts have been concluded with residents who plan to implement 5 projects, in which they will invest more than 22.2 billion rubles and create 1,232 jobs.
• The largest resident of the industrial park "Chernyakhovsk" is the company "Encore Group" (SEZ resident), which plans to implement 2 investment projects for the construction of a silicon wafer plant with a capacity of 1 GW per year and a plant for the production of photovoltaic converters with a capacity of 1 GW per year.• The DMS Vostok company plans to implement in Chernyakhovsk industrial park a project for the production of milk powder with an investment volume of about 3 billion rubles.
