New road in Khrabrovo Park is ready to the last gaiter button

The construction of a new highway has been completed in the Khrabrovo Industrial Park. The facility has been accepted and the vehicle traffic along Novatorov Street is fully open, the Department of Architecture and Construction of the Kaliningrad Region Development Corporation reported.

Novatorov Street opened a direct connection for the machinery of the enterprises of the machine-building "cluster" with the Berezovka - Khrabrovo- Zhemchuzhnoye highway (27K-051). Thus, the road from the turn near the ROSSETI JSC substation ceased to be a dead end and connected with Innovation Street, the main transport artery of Khrabrovo Park.

The length of the new two-lane road is 486 m. Along its entire length, it is accompanied by a sidewalk for pedestrians, and lanterns are installed.

Significantly, during the tracing, the contractor had to remove several boulders of glacial origin from the object. At the initiative of the KRDC Department of Architecture and Construction, the stones were preserved and turned into an art object.

For reference: The Khrabrovo Industrial Park is located on the territory of the Zelenogradsk and Guryevsky districts of the Kaliningrad region and covers an area of more than 345 hectares. The engineering infrastructure of the park includes electricity supply - 39 MW, water supply - 2000 cubic meters/ day, gas supply - 2466.8 cubic meters / day, sanitation - 2000 cubic meters / day.

The lease of land plots during the grace period is 160 thousand rubles per year for 1 hectare. At the end of the grace period, 180 thousand rubles per year for 1 hectare. The cost of 1 hectare renting includes the following infrastructure:
- the point of connection to electric networks with a capacity of 0.18 MW;
- points of connection to gas supply, water supply, and sanitation networks.
The cost of the land plot for sale is 2.9 million rubles per 1 hectare.
As of October 2024, there are 30 companies - residents of the Khrabrovo Industrial Park. 9 plants have been put into operation. 711 jobs have been created.
