1. Registration of legal entities in the Kaliningrad region.
In 2020, services were provided to register 54 new legal entities in the region, including both international companies and industrial enterprises, enterprises in the field of agriculture, tourism and IT.
2. Residents of the Special Economic Zone in the Kaliningrad Region (SEZ).
Documents have been prepared for the inclusion of 16 investment projects in the register of SEZ residents in the Kaliningrad region. Within the framework of these projects, 780 new jobs will be created, the volume of investments will amount to 961 million rubles.
3. Investment agreements of the Corporation.
4 investment agreements are being implemented (Technopark of high technologies in Kaliningrad; Reconstruction of the "House of Firefighters"; Museum of Russian Painting and Applied Arts in Kaliningrad, Multifunctional complex "Fishing Village 2"). The total investment in the projects will be about 8 billion rubles.
4. Business planning.
35 business plans and financial models were developed for the implementation of projects in Kaliningrad region, including projects for the integrated development of Kaliningrad city territories (Oktyabrsky Island, the settlement named after Alexander Kosmodemyansky), the involvement of cultural heritage objects in the municipalities of the Kaliningrad region in the economic turnover, and implementation of commercial projects in the region. The total volume of investments according to these business plans is over RUB 100 billion.
