Today, March 18, the Government of the Kaliningrad Region, Kaliningrad Region Development Corporation JSC and DMS-Vostok LLC signed a cooperation agreement within the framework of the Milk Processing Plant investment project in the Kaliningrad Region.
The goal of the project is to create a modern dairy complex for deep processing of milk in the Chernyakhovsk industrial park of the Kaliningrad region.
The project contributes to the implementation of state policy in the field of import substitution, the creation of new working places, an increase in tax revenues to the budget, the creation of a new modern production facility for the manufacture of dairy products, including ingredients for baby food and breast milk substitutes.
The total investment in the project will be about 3 billion rubles.
The industrial park "Chernyakhovsk" is located in close proximity to the border with the EU, the area is 1146 hectares, there is a large railway junction with two types of gauge of the European and Russian types. The engineering infrastructure of the industrial park "Chernyakhovsk" is provided with the following capacities: 34 MW - electric power, gas - 60 million m³ per year and water disposal and water supply systems designed for 5000 m³ per day.
Conditions for the provision of territories for rent:
Preferential sublease rate from 160 thousand rubles per year for 1 ha, excluding VAT in the first 3 years.
The basic sublease rate is from 180 thousand rubles per year for 1 ha from 4th year after the implementation of the project.
There is a possibility of buying out a land plot after the object is put into operation.
