On November 16, Khrabrovo industrial park hosted the grand opening of Phoenix Ingredients production and a round table on the topic “New opportunities for cooperation and cooperation between food producers in the Kaliningrad region”.
LLC "Phoenix ingredients", being a resident of the special economic zone of the Kaliningrad region, is implementing an investment project for the production of complex food additives for the meat processing industry - this is the first resident to start production on the territory of the Khrabrovo industrial park.
The Phoenix Ingredients plant is owned by the Swiss company Phoenix Ingredients SA. The total area of the plant is more than 3000 sq.m, the planned production capacity is 5500 tons per year, the range of products is more than 300 items.
New types of products are developed jointly by Swiss and Russian specialists in accordance with international standards. High-tech equipment allows us to produce a product of consistently high quality, produced by our own laboratory in compliance with technological processes and product quality indicators.
The ceremony was attended by the Governor of the Kaliningrad Region Anton Andreevich Alikhanov, the Chairman of the Kaliningrad Regional Duma of the seventh convocation Andrey Mikhailovich Kropotkin, the General Director of JSC "Kaliningrad region Development Corporation " Andrey Sergeevich Tolmachev and representatives of meat processing enterprises of the Kaliningrad Region.

The company's products are developed jointly by Swiss and Russian specialists in accordance with international standards. To date, as a result of the implementation of the investment project, 46 jobs have been created at the enterprise. Already today, the production of Phoenix Ingredients LLC most directly contributes to the formation of a positive image and an increase in the investment attractiveness of industrial parks and the entire territory of the Kaliningrad region. I have no doubt that the participants of today's round table will find areas for cooperation in the future. In turn, the Government of the Kaliningrad Region expresses its readiness to provide all-round support to all companies and projects, not only at the investment stage, but also in the process of operation and development of production. In conclusion, it should be noted that Phoenix Ingredients was registered in the region exactly 4 years ago (11/16/2017).
