From September 30 to October 01, 2021, an on-site internship of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia was held at the site of the Sports and Recreation Complex "AVTOTOR-Arena" under the program "Federal Practice" for heads of executive authorities in the field of industry and trade of the North-Western Federal District with the participation of enterprises of the Kaliningrad region.
On October 01, as part of an on-site internship, the Director of the Department of Regional Industrial Policy and Project Management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Khotsenko Vitaly Pavlovich and his deputies Denis Gennadievich Tsukanov, Rustam Ramilevich Mingazov, together with the Minister of Economic Development, Industry and Trade of the Kaliningrad Region Kuskov Dmitry Alexandrovich visited the industrial park " Khrabrovo". Andrey Sergeevich Tolmachev, General Director of the Kaliningrad region development corporation, acquainted the participants of the visit with the production capacities of Phoenix Ingredients LLC, Pruss Group LLC and Ampertex LLC.
As a result of Khotsenko's visit, Vitaly Pavlovich highly appreciated the work of the Kaliningrad Region Development Corporation on the implementation of the subsidy, within the framework of which the construction was carried out: motor roads, 2.18 km long; five distribution substations; four transformer substations and a 15kV cable power supply line.

In 2019, Khrabrovo Industrial Park was among the recipients of funds from the federal budget for the implementation of a project for the development of engineering infrastructure as part of the implementation of the national project "Small and medium-sized businesses and support for individual entrepreneurial initiatives" (the federal project "Acceleration of small and medium-sized businesses" ). The budget of the Kaliningrad region was provided with federal budget funds in the amount of 231.0 million rubles, co-financing from the regional budget amounted to 7.0 million rubles.

In 2020, the Khrabrovo industrial park was included in the register of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, having been tested for compliance with the requirements for industrial parks established by the Government of the Russian Federation.
The total volume of extra-budgetary investments in fixed capital of SMEs that received access to production facilities and premises of industrial parks, technology parks in 2019-2020 amounted to 521.2 million rubles.
